CANCELLATIONS BY US:
1. Due to mountain closure or severe weather conditions that prevent your lesson from going ahead, you will receive a full refund or transfer to another day.
2. If your lesson must be stopped due to severe weather conditions and you only receive half your lesson, you will receive a 50% refund.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU:
1. If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, ensure 48 hours notice is given to receive a full refund.
SAFETY:
1. Ski and Snowboarding is an extreme sport, and by participating you acknowledge there is a risk of accident and injury, although Ski and Board Scotland will take all necessary precautions to prevent this happening.
2. Ski and Board Scotland must be informed of ANY medical conditions or medications that you are taking that may affect your performance. It is in your interest to do so!
3. It is your responsibility to ensure you wear appropriate outdoor clothing for the lesson.
4. Ski and Board Scotland reserves the right to cancel a lesson if we feel you are unable to safely participate (eg, under the influence of alcohol or drugs)
MATERIALS AND INFORMATION:
1. Ski and Board Scotland reserves the right to use any photo or video taken in your lesson for use exclusively in advertising or marketing materials of Ski and Board Scotland.
